Service Description

Your initial appointment starts with consultation including discussing your health history, personal preferences and individual goals so I can get to know you and offer the most effective treatment plan to reduce or eliminate symptoms long-term and get you back to feeling in control of your body. Assessment typically includes a detailed hands-on evaluation and assessment of various body movements to get to the source of your symptoms. Treatment is then provided with hands-on techniques, corrective exercises, and/or self treatment strategies as needed to start reducing symptoms and working towards achieving your individual goals that same day. Treatment plans and duration of treatment vary and are based on your assessment. *If pregnant or postpartum please select one of the below treatment options*

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule appointments, please contact us at least 24hr prior to your session so we can open the time for other patients. Appointments cancelled for nonmedical reasons in less than this timeframe are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%, no show/no call are charged for the full session.
